The best of both worlds!
Reduce both climate impact and cost without compromising on taste. Many of our customers have reduced their costs by more than 2 seconds per portion by replacing part of the meat with Dry Simsubas.
Used either by mixing directly with meat and other ingredients(short clip) or by first making a Simsu mince which is then used as regular mince(short clip)
Shreds and mince
Shreds where you can vary the taste and shape just as you like. Mix in a saucepan, Bear or by hand.
NOTE! Remember NOT to just mix water and Dry Simsubas (then there will be too strong bonds and poorer texture) but to add all wet ingredients at the same time and mix.

Food preparedness
Here are some recipe suggestions that can be prepared without access to electricity where cooking takes place, for example, on a Murrikka or in a field kitchen
Steaks and balls
Discover the benefits of using Dry Simsubas in steaks where its binding ability allows you to make, for example, really tasty vegetable steaks with high protein content and really good texture.
Mix in a cooking pot, Bear or by hand. It is excellent to make the steaks in a mincer afterwards.
NOTE! Keep in mind that DO NOT just mix water and Dry Simsubas (this will result in too strong a bond and poorer texture), but add all the wet ingredients and any vegetables at the same time and mix again.
Street food
Street food is always a hit. Here are a few recipes, with more to come soon!
Protein boosted bread and cake
Try how easy it is to protein boost your favorite bread with Dry Simsubas. Perfect with soup to boost the protein content of the serving or for a more filling snack.
So how do you do it? Well, just replace some of the flour with Dry Simsubas in your favorite recipe. Start by replacing about 1/3 and add 2 dl of extra water for every kg of Dry Simsubas.
Rudder
Few things are as quick as making squares. Just mix everything together, press out on a sheet, pre-cut the squares and cook. Mix in a saucepan, bear or by hand.
NOTE! Keep in mind that NOT mix only water and Dry Simsubas (this will result in too strong a bond and poorer texture). Instead, add all the wet ingredients and any vegetables at the same time and mix.
Stews, soups and sauces
Casseroles with really good texture and bite from the strips. The strips are always best if you first fry on these and then turn down just before serving.
graters
It really doesn't get any easier than this. Just mix the Dry Simsubas with double the amount of liquid to make a batter and then mix in additional ingredients
