Ingredients

  • 400 grams butter
  • 900 grams powdered sugar
  • 170 grams Wheat flour
  • 60 gram Dry Simsubas
  • 72 gram Cocoa
  • 12 grams Vanilla sugar
  • 500 grams Eggs

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, let it cool slightly.
  • Whisk/stir together eggs and sugar (do not use an electric whisk).
  • Mix the cocoa, vanilla sugar, simsubas, and wheat flour in a bowl and stir into the egg mixture.
  • Add the melted butter and gently mix to a smooth batter, then pour the batter into the mold/tray.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes (increase or decrease the time if necessary depending on how sticky you want it).
