Dry Simsubas - SE
With Dry Simsubas, you can prepare high-protein vegetable dishes in the commercial kitchen, such as kebabs, steaks, gratins and casseroles, simply by adding water, oil and spices.
The product is a dry product that is stored at room temperature and has a long shelf life (18 months) while taking up little space in storage. This reduces transportation as there is no need to transport water or handle refrigerated and frozen goods.
The product is From Sweden, without additives and keyhole labeled where the low climate footprint means that several recipes are below 100 grams of CO2e/portion.

SimSu Emergency Food - OatPrep
5 kg bag provides up to 70 servings of ready-to-eat meal
Fully seasoned, just mix with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Advantageously mixed with a little rapeseed oil which gives a consistency a bit like Risotto.
Also suitable for making the equivalent of "Fried rice" with your favorite vegetables and spices.
Of course, this also has a 10-year shelf life and can be stored in humid environments.
