SimSuFoodS participated in the Food Systems Game Changers Lab as part of the UN Food Summit 2021. Together with participants from around the world, an action plan was created on what is required to secure and accelerate the transition to more sustainable protein consumption. This work was presented to members of the Swedish Government Offices and can be seen in the presentation below.
