Print outReally good in all its simplicity and a good preparedness dish made entirely from pantry ingredients. Works great to make without access to electricity and fry on, for example, Murrikka.

- 0,7 kg Rapeseed oil

Instructions
Mixing:
- The recipe below is adapted for cooking without electricity, but in large kitchens and larger mixtures, mixing can be done in a Varimixer/Björn or a cooking pot. When mixing in a cooking pot, do not forget to remove the side wing. We recommend a maximum of 20 kg of dry Simsubas per batch when mixing in a cooking pot. NOTE! When mixing with inferior stirring (saucepan or pre-mixing) make sure that the water, oil and all "wet ingredients" are mixed together a little before starting the stirring for best results.
Instruction:
- Mix all ingredients except Dry Simsubas.
- Add the dry Simsubas, stir well again until everything is mixed and leave to swell for 2 hours.
- Form schnitzels and fry directly in plenty of oil. NOTE! Do not make the schnitzels too thick so that they are properly cooked.
