  • 1500 gram Röd paprika tärnad
  • 1200 gram Gul lök strimlad
  • 90 gram Vitlök finhackad
  • 140 gram Tomato paste
  • 950 gram Kidneybönor
  • 950 gram Stora vita bönor
  • 950 gram Vita bönor i tomatsås
  • 2400 gram Krossade tomater
  • 16 grams Smoked paprika powder
  • 40 gram Chipotlepasta medium styrka
  • 8 gram Ancho chilipulver

  • Blanda ihop Torr Simsubas, vatten, salt, mörk soja och svartpeppar i två minuter
  • Låt degen vila 10 minuter för att texturen ska sätta sig
