- 30 grams Onion powder
- 30 grams Vegetable broth
- 4 grams White pepper
- 12 grams Sugar

Recipes, covered
- 6 grams Dried dill
- 200 gram Panko
- 150 grams Grated cheese preferably parmesan or Västerbotten cheese
Instructions
Fish:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. In the "Bear" mix the potatoes, fish, tomato paste, cream, water, oil and eggs. Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Quilts:
- In a food processor, mix the cheese, dill and panko together quite quickly. Spread a blanket over the minced fish.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or inner temp 85 degrees.
- Serve with delicious mash and herb sauce and sugar snap peas.
Sustainable Fisheries:
- While free-caught fish generally have a relatively low climate impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions, fishing itself can have a significant environmental impact. For example, improper fishing methods such as bottom trawling can cause enormous damage, and overfishing can upset the balance of ecosystems.
So good and right in time to switch the green with the 'classic' as in this case salmon 🙂 .
Great!
