  • 450 gram Browned butter
  • 100 gram Browned onion stock

  • In food processor, blend together all ingredients except the Simsubase
  • Then mix in the Simsubase
  • Spread into small molds. Bake at 120 degrees with 20% moisture to an internal temperature of 85 degrees.
