  • 0,8 kg Dry Simsubas
  • 1,5 kg water
  • 30 grams Chinese dark soy
  • 1,5 kg Crushed tomatoes
  • 0,5 kg Oat cream
  • 150 gram Tomato paste
  • 250 gram Ketchup
  • 100 grams Taco seasoning mix
  • 10 grams Dried jalapeno
  • 25 gram Salt
  • 3,0 kg Maize
  • 250 grams Grated cheese
  • 200 grams Tortilla chips

  • Mix together dry base, water and soy in cooking pot. Do not use the side wing as the mixture will deteriorate. Ready when a homogeneous and fairly wet paste has formed. Do not let the mixture stand before proceeding to step 2 as it may become too hard.
  • Then mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup, taco mix, jalapenos and salt.
  • Grease trays, about 7.5 kg of taco crust per tray. Spread half of the corn in the bottom of the tray.
  • Spread the stuffing on top and top with the rest of the corn.
  • Crush the tortilla chips and sprinkle it on top along with the grated cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
