Instruction
- Mix together dry base, water and soy in cooking pot. Do not use the side wing as the mixture will deteriorate. Ready when a homogeneous and fairly wet paste has formed. Do not let the mixture stand before proceeding to step 2 as it may become too hard.
- Then mix in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, ketchup, taco mix, jalapenos and salt.
- Grease trays, about 7.5 kg of taco crust per tray. Spread half of the corn in the bottom of the tray.
- Spread the stuffing on top and top with the rest of the corn.
- Crush the tortilla chips and sprinkle it on top along with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
