1. The mixture is easily made by hand, but of course you can also use a household assistant. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and water, oil and other wet ingredients in another. Then just mix everything together.
2. Cooking in an oven without steam is no problem. It just takes a little longer and is a little drier on the surface. One tip is to place a small bowl of water in the oven.
3. If you make steaks, these can also be fried on medium heat under a lid. Cut a little into the steak and when it is no longer "doughy" it is ready.
4. If you do not have an oven thermometer and are making kebabs, you can also try to cut a little in the kebab block and see when it is no longer doughy. You can also usually see that the dough grows a little and then it is usually appropriate to run another 5 minutes.
