Recipes and instructions

Recipes and instructions can be found on our commercial kitchen page, click on the link above to access the recipes. The principle is the same, but as you do not have the same equipment available, it will of course be a little different. Below are some tips on how to think as a consumer:

1. the mixture is easily made by hand, but can of course also be made using a household assistant. Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl, and water, oil and other wet ingredients in another. Then just mix everything together.
2. cooking in an oven without steam is no problem. It just takes a little longer and is a little drier on the surface. One tip is to put a small bowl of water in the oven.
3. If you are making steaks, these can also be cooked on medium heat under a lid. Cut a little into the steak and when it is no longer "doughy" it is ready

4. If you do not have an oven thermometer and are going to make e.g. kebabs, you can also try to cut a little into the kebab block and see when it is no longer doughy. You can also usually see that the dough grows a little and then it is usually right to run another 5 minutes.
