- 800 gram Kimchi sauce
- 2000 gram Light soy sauce
- 1500 gram Teriyaki sauce
- 100 gram garlic finely chopped
- 300 grams Fresh ginger
- 10 gram Chilli flakes
- 30 gram Salt
- 500 gram Thai basil
Instructions
- Cooking can be done in different ways. Examples of cooking in a pot or in the oven are shown below.
Instruction OatPrep - Cooking in oven (recommended)
- 1.4 kg of OatPrep (about 1.8 liters) and 2.5 liters of water is enough per tray
- Blanda OatPrep, hälften av vattnet och olja. Rör om tills proteinerna börjar binda till varandra (du ser att små klumpar bildas). Tillsätt resten av vattnet
- Cook in oven with the steam program 45 minutes

- Koka upp resten av vattnet och tillsätt veg olja
- Tillsätt blandningen i det kokande vattnet, koka upp och låt sjuda ca 15 minuter

- Cook the wok vegetables for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees or fry on the frying table
- Blanda i färdiglagad OatPrep till wokgrönsakerna. Tillsätt gärna en sås att woka i (se förslag ovan) och rör om
- Bake at 230 degrees for 5 minutes or roast on the griddle.
Tips:
- Use your favorite vegetables and preferably what is available locally in season.
- The dish has a great basic flavor, but feel free to create your own flavor profile to your liking.
