Good with whole grains! A coarse bread that not only has a high protein content but is also packed with whole grains that provide both healthy dietary fiber and important minerals and vitamins. Try scalding some ingredients beforehand to get an even juicier bread and increase bioavailability, i.e. the body's ability to absorb important minerals such as iron.

  • 120 grams Graham flour
  • 130 gram Crude sieve
  • 80 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 120 grams Rye crusher
  • 50 gram Wheat bran
  • 40 grams Wheat sprouts
  • 8 gram Salt
  • 34 grams Bicarbonate
  • 200 grams Dark syrup
  • 1,0 kg Film milk

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Add file and syrup and mix well
  • Shape of limpets
  • Bake at 175 degrees to internal temp 96 degrees, about 60 minutes.

Tips:

  • For even juicier and healthier* bread, try scalding sunflower seeds, rye flour, wheat bran and flax seeds by adding double the amount of boiling water as these ingredients. Reduce the amount of film milk by half
  • * By scalding raw materials, more liquid is retained in the bread and it stays fresh longer. In addition, various enzyme systems are activated and inactivated in the raw materials, which can improve the bioavailability of e.g. minerals.
