- 50 gram Wheat bran
- 40 grams Wheat sprouts
- 8 gram Salt
- 34 grams Bicarbonate
- 200 grams Dark syrup
- 1,0 kg Film milk

- Mix all the dry ingredients
- Add file and syrup and mix well

- Bake at 175 degrees to internal temp 96 degrees, about 60 minutes.
Tips:
- For even juicier and healthier* bread, try scalding sunflower seeds, rye flour, wheat bran and flax seeds by adding double the amount of boiling water as these ingredients. Reduce the amount of film milk by half
- * By scalding raw materials, more liquid is retained in the bread and it stays fresh longer. In addition, various enzyme systems are activated and inactivated in the raw materials, which can improve the bioavailability of e.g. minerals.
