Falafel mix

Preparation

1. Measure out 500 g of falafel mix
2. Add 6 dl of boiling water and 40 g of rapeseed oil
3. Stir well and then leave to swell for 15 min
4. Form small balls or patties and fry in oil over medium heat

NOTE! Do not make the balls/steaks too big so that these are properly cooked
