Try a really good falafel mix made from Swedish yellow peas. Just mix with boiling water, a little oil and let it sit for 10 minutes before frying. Suitable for everyday use as well as out in nature or in the emergency supply.

The falafel mix has a 10-year shelf life, can withstand humid environments and takes up very little space. It is easily prepared by simply mixing with water and a little oil.
All of our products are labeled "From Sweden", free of additives and produced in our plant in Kimstad outside Norrköping.
