OatPrep

Preparation

1. Add 1 liter of OatPrep (0.8 kg) and 1.5 liters of water to a pot.
2. Stir until the proteins start to bind to each other (you will see small lumps forming).
3. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 15 minutes
4. Add 1 dl of vegetable oil and stir
5. Feel free to mix with fried vegetables like a Risotto or use in a wok like fried rice. Click HERE for recipe suggestions
