Preparation

1. Measure 500 grams (7 dl) and add 6.5 dl of water
2. Leave to swell for 2 hours
(if less time is required, use warmer water)
3. Form schnitzels and fry directly in plenty of oil .

NOTE! Do not make the schnitzels too thick so that they are properly cooked
