Finding good recipes with oily fish that work and really end up in the stomach can be a challenge at school and is something we have received several questions about. Here is a really good gratinated fish box with salmon, white fish and swim subas that we highly recommend trying.

  • 28 gram Black pepper
  • 17 gram coriander ground
  • 7 gram Nutmeg
  • 70 gram Vegetable broth
  • 40 gram Sugar
  • 70 gram Salt
  • 700 gram Boiled potatoes grated
  • 1400 gram salmon ground or minced
  • 1400 grams White fish ground or minced
  • 240 gram Tomato paste
  • 1800 grams Cooking cream
  • 700 gram water
  • 140 gram Rapeseed oil
  • 900 grams Eggs

  • 1200 gram Cooking cream
  • 140 gram Panko
  • 500 gram Grana padano grated

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Mix the "wet" ingredients, i.e. potatoes, salmon, white fish, cream, etc. in the Bear until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Press the mince into greased trays (about 3 kg per tray). Pour on cream and sprinkle with panko and cheese
  • Bake at 180 degrees to an internal temperature of 85 degrees (about 30 minutes)

Tips to spice things up

  • If you want to make it even more luxurious, you can mix in 400 g peeled shrimp.
